Health Is Wealth


 'Health is wealth', but its essential meaning is still unclear to most people.  Generally, people associate good health with being free from any form of illness.  While that may be part of the case, it is not entirely good health.  In other words, to lead a healthy life, a person must be physically and mentally fit and well.  For example, if you regularly eat junk food and you do not have any disease, it will not make you healthy.  If you do not eat healthy food, it means that you are not healthy, survival.  Therefore, in order to really live and simply survive, you must have the basic essentials needed for a healthy lifestyle.  If you want to have a healthy lifestyle, you will definitely have to make some changes in your life.  Maintaining a healthy lifestyle requires consistent habits and a disciplined life.  There are various good habits you can follow, such as exercising regularly to maintain your fitness.  It also affects your mental health and your confidence will automatically increase as you look older.  Also, it prevents obesity and helps your body burn excess fat.  After that, a balanced diet is very important.  When you get proper nutrition, vitamins, proteins, calories and much more, your immune system is strengthened.  This, in turn, will help you to fight diseases effectively and live a disease-free life.

  Above all, cleanliness plays an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  If you live in an unhealthy environment your balanced diet and regular exercise will be completely useless.  Always maintain cleanliness in their surroundings to avoid the risk of contracting infectious diseases.  Health is an important part of our lives.  We need to consider that.
